Would you like to go on a ghost tour of the most haunted small town in Texas? Then you don’t want to miss the Historic Jefferson Ghost Hunter and Legend Seekers Conference being held this Saturday October, 4th 2008. Jefferson is located 45 minutes from Shreveport, Louisiana, 45 minutes from Texarkana and 2 ½ hours from Dallas, Texas.
Tickets are available at the door. Registration/Sign In at the Jefferson High School (Hwy 59 Bulldog Drive) between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM Saturday morning.
There are three conference packages available:
Complete Package – $75.00 – Includes all conference events. – lectures, book signings, lunch, night tours and investigations.
Day Package – $50.00 – Only includes the daytime lectures, book signings and lunch.
Night Package – $25.00 – This includes the night events that start at 8:00 PM with the Ghost Walk and two paranormal investigations with professional ghost hunters.
The regular ghost walk scheduled for 8:00 PM will still be held for non-conference attendees; however, the 9:45 ghost walk is cancelled due to the conference investigations. If you have questions please contact Jodi at the numbers or email listed above.
The following guests are scheduled:
Corpus Christi Spook Central – this organization is dedicated to the research, investigation and documentation of the paranormal. They’ll be broadcasting live from the conference via CCSC Paranormal Radio beginning at 8:30 PM. If you don’t live nearby make sure you tune in online to hear the live broadcast.
Peter J. Haviland – Lone Star Spirits President and Lead Investigator. Lone Star Spirits is one of the oldest paranormal research teams in Texas. Their work has been featured on national television, in books and magazine and on the radio. Mr. Haviland is also the co-host of Parahub Radio, the SE representative of the American Ghost Society, a co-founder of PRO – the Paranormal Research Organization.
Dr. Rita Louise – founder of Applied Energetics, the hose of Just Energy Radio and author of several books. Dr. Louise is a medical intuitive and clairvoyant.
Mitchel Whitington – author and paranormal lecturer. He has conducted investigations across the USA and currently lives in The Grove, a 160 year old house located in Jefferson, Texas.
Vicki Isaacks & Metroplex Paranormal – a paranormal investigative team who will speak on receiving false/positive data in ghost hunting.
